Ingredients
50ml Pentire Seaward150ml Fever-Tree Light Indian Tonic
Wedge of Fresh Grapefruit
Garnish
Wedge of Fresh Grapefruit
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes, measure in the Pentire and top up with the tonic. Stir and garnish with a wedge of fresh grapefruit.
